Joint Health Basics

Regular physical activity and proper nutrition are essential to maintaining an active lifestyle and healthy joints. Obtaining sufficient amounts of essential vitamins and minerals is important for synthesizing and helping protect cartilage, collagen and other joint components. Avoiding high dietary intakes of “bad” fats (such as trans fatty acids) and simple sugars is vital, because too much fat and sugar can lead to the overproduction of compounds which can affect joint comfort. Supplementation can also be important for joint health. Although the body can synthesize Glucosamine and Chondroitin, there are few known food sources of these compounds. A way to increase your daily intake is through supplements. Supplementation is a beneficial way to support joint health, comfort, range of motion and mobility.*
Regular physical activity strengthens muscles around the joints, reducing their workload. Osteo Bi-Flex® products help support and maintain healthy joints!
Help protect and maintain healthy joints with regular physical activity, a health diet, and Osteo Bi-Flex® products.
Regular physical activity is shown to reduce pain and increase joint mobility. Supplementation is also a beneficial way to support joint health, comfort, range of motion and mobility.*
